Company “Svod d.o.o” is based on foundations of “Škaričić” trade which operates from 1990. For over more than 24 years of dedicated and hard work there are numerous representative projects behind us like hotels, shopping centers, inudustrial plants and residential objects and a series of infrastructural objects. We own an approval from Ministry of architecture and management of space for execution of works on buildings of F category.
We found our place on market thanks to strict compliance to contract deadlines and in insisting on quality of executed works and countinuous refinement and implementation of new technological achievements and materials in construction industry.
Generally we act as main executor in execution of all kinds of constructional works from commencement to fully functional object.
